We had the pleasure of attending the Surgical AI Days 2025 in Belgium — a three-day event that brought together clinicians, researchers, and industry experts working at the intersection of surgery and artificial intelligence. As part of the academic track, we were invited to give a talk highlighting our ongoing research.
The event featured insightful keynotes, hands-on workshops, and discussions that ranged from surgical robotics and computer vision to ethics and implementation in clinical settings. It was inspiring to see so many initiatives aimed at translating cutting-edge AI into tools that support surgeons and improve patient care.We’re grateful to the organizers for creating such an engaging and forward-thinking event, and to Orsi Academy for being such a welcoming and inspiring venue.
